With increasing emphasis on production safety and higher demands for product quality, cleanroom garments are being used more and more. However, workers often complain about discomfort while wearing them, leading to job losses and instability in many factories. So, how can workers wear them more comfortably?
Cleanroom Garments
In terms of design, cleanroom garments are divided into three types: lab coats, two-piece suits, and coveralls. The better the seal, the less breathable it may be. Therefore, for less demanding conditions, lab coats or two-piece suits are generally more breathable, comfortable, and easier to wear. For more demanding cleanroom environments, looser-fitting cleanroom garments can be chosen to increase range of motion and improve comfort.
Cleanrooms have poor air circulation and constant temperature and humidity, so relatively breathable work clothes are preferable. Cleanroom garments also require regular cleaning to maintain cleanliness and comfort, avoiding any negative impact on the wearer's experience.
