Anti-static clothing is a kind of labor protection work clothes, also known as clean clothes and dust-free clothes. Anti-static clothing is generally worn in places where anti-static is required, such as electronic workshops and chemical workshops. Although anti-static clothing can play an anti-static protective effect, you also need to pay attention to a few things when wearing it, otherwise it will reduce the protective effect of anti-static clothing and even endanger the safety of employees and even the entire working environment.
Anti-static coat
Anti-static coat is one of our common anti-static clothes. Anti-static coats are divided into two categories: polyester-cotton anti-static coats and conductive silk anti-static coats.
Anti-static coat
Polyester-cotton anti-static coats are comfortable to wear, and are sewn in a certain proportion, which is not easy to shed hair. The anti-static effect is excellent. The anti-static coat uses 65/35 full-process printing and dyeing polyester-cotton, and is woven with imported organic conductive fibers. It is made of high-grade polyester-cotton work clothes fabrics through special processes. It is comfortable, safe and reliable after wearing.
The conductive silk anti-static coat fabric uses special polyester filaments and high-performance permanent conductive fibers. The conductive fiber spacing is 5mm, stripes, and is woven by special technology.
Normally, anti-static coats are washed at least once a week, and some high-demand jobs even need to be washed once a day. When washed in an ordinary room, dust and bacteria will adhere to them, and they will be contaminated by detergents. In addition, there is also a risk of dust and microorganisms adhering to them during packaging and handling.
Correct wearing method
The dressing method of anti-static work clothes is different from that of ordinary clothes. Different types of anti-static clothes have different wearing methods.

Anti-static overalls
Grasp the opening of the zipper at the waist of the anti-static suit, put on the lower limbs first, then the upper limbs, then pull the zipper to the chest, put on the overall cap, and finally pull the zipper to the top and stick the collar sticker. At the same time, put on gloves and tuck the cuffs of the anti-static suit into the gloves. When wearing the anti-static cap, tidy up your hair and cover all your hair inside the cap. Finally, wear a mask, put on anti-static shoes or rubber shoes, shoe covers, and carefully check the full set of anti-static equipment to determine if there is any omission or damage.
